Mary Bryan Memorial Lecture 2023: The year of European Cultural Heritage and ICOMOS with Nicola Matthews
Nicola Matthew will discuss European Cultural Heritage and how ICOMOS high quality principles for intervention into cultural heritage supports a culture of architecture and informs conservation practice of Georgian Dublin.
Nicki Matthews, MRIAI is a Senior Architect with Built Heritage Policy at the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage where her role includes the delivery of policies such as the contribution of cultural heritage objectives to the Regional Assemblies, the National Heritage Plan 2030 renewal, and the National Policy on Architecture.
The annual Mary Bryan Memorial Lecture was inaugurated in 2018 in memory of Mary Bryan (1936-2018), former Executive Director of the Society and later Chair of the Irish Georgian Foundation.
Lecture begins at 6pm. (Registration from 5.30pm).

The lecture will take place in the O'Connell Room at the IGS City Assembly House, 58 South William Street, Dublin 2. Doors open at 5.30pm. Attendees are asked to be in their seats by 5.55pm.
