Knight of Glin Memorial Lecture, Unbuilt Limerick: ambition and failure, 1760-2000 by Dr John Logan

This year's Knight of Glin Memorial Lecture will be delivered by Dr John Logan on 'Unbuilt Limerick: ambition and failure, 1760-2000'. The lecture explores the unrealised architectural ideas and buildings that had been conceived for Limerick over three centuries. Dr Logan examines the factors that prompted these ideas and those that led to their failure. Hosted by the Limerick Chapter, the Knight of Glin Memorial Lecture is he held annually in honour of Desmond FitzGerald, 29th Knight of Glin and former President of the Irish Georgian Society.
