This year your events committee thought it was time to venture outside of London to a different location and a different time of day. We have been able to arrange a visit to the country and a local church in Epping, where an afternoon tea with some bubbly will be provided. This will all be conveniently located at the end of the Central Line.

Our party will be held at All Saints Church, Epping Upland, a 13th-century or possibly earlier church which was attached to Copped Hall Estate. A short talk will be provided, followed by a delicious afternoon tea with light music in an amazing setting. We will also see interesting treasures, the graveyard and views across Essex to London.

From 2pm a coach will take Members the short distance from Epping Underground Station to the church, with the last bus running just before 3pm. At around 4.45pm, the coach will return Members to the station. Tickets are £40 Member, £30 YIGs, and £45 Non-members.
